Caterino & Julian Marinara Sauce

 Every Sunday since I can remember, I cooked with all of them. While my father and his brother in laws golfed,while my mother and her sisters played pinochle. It was a routine! My mom was the best off all, who mentored me as I got older.

In my early 50's I opened Caterinos Italian Grill in Southern Pines, North Carolina. I owned and operated the business for 10 years.

I developed the sauce there with All-Natural ingredients imported direct from Italy, including the tomatoes and pomace oil.
