Beginning in 1981 with Sarabeth Levine's 200-year-old family recipe for Orange Apricot Marmalade recipe—named “Oprah’s Favorite of All”—she has since built a globally recognized brand synonymous with quality and excellence. A James Beard Award winner for “Outstanding Pastry Chef of the Year,” Sarabeth has also been inducted into the Specialty Food Association’s Hall of Fame and honored with an Honorary Doctorate from LIU-Post University.

Today, she oversees a manufacturing facility, a wholesale bakery and café in Manhattan’s Chelsea Market, and 17 Sarabeth’s restaurants worldwide.
